Through nature-based work, I support you in rebuilding your relationship with the living world — the land, the seasons, the elements, and your own embodied presence.

This work is for people who want to feel themselves more clearly in their bodies while feeling supported by the steadiness of the earth, rather than pushing through change from willpower or insight alone.

Nature-based sessions and small group experiences may be a good fit if you want to:

• reconnect with your inner orientation through the land
• meet life thresholds with support, not collapse
• experience parts of yourself more fully in nature or around animals
• deepen your somatic awareness outdoors
• rediscover instinct, symbolism, creativity, and Wise Self presence

In this work, we slow the pace down so you can feel the signal of your own system, listen to the feedback of the land, and notice what shifts when you’re witnessed by nature instead of pressured by it.

We may use gentle practices such as:

Medicine Walks — guided attunement with an animal or the spirit of a place
Nature bathing / forest sitting — opening the senses without overwhelm
Mindful movement on the land — walking, wandering, or sitting with intention
Symbolic dialogue with natural elements — stones, trees, water, sky, animals
Ceremonial Quests — small, curated threshold experiences

This is not wilderness immersion therapy or diagnostic work.
It is relational, embodied threshold support, guided by nature’s steadiness and your readiness for inner reclaiming of your True Self and Essence.

Horse-Mediated Somatic Awareness Sessions
These outdoor sessions focus on embodied presence, inner orientation, and mindfulness with horses. This is not equine therapy or medical care, and it is not billed to insurance. Corynne Hilbert works with the spirit and steadiness of the horse to support grounding, insight, and personal thresholds in a calm, relational, self-paced container.
This work is ideal for individuals who feel ready to deepen into embodied guidance, inner clarity, and non-masked self-connection through nature and animals.
