It’s an honor to accompany others at meaningful thresholds in life. I’m Corynne Hilbert, LCSW, and my counseling work is grounded first in the body, inner knowing, and embodied awareness, supporting clarity, choice, and restoration. My role is not to interpret your story for you, but to help you sense yourself more clearly from within, discover your own guidance, and take steps at a pace that supports your system and mine. I support individuals and occasional small groups who want to deepen into:

  • somatic self-awareness
  • inner wisdom in nature
  • creative expression as medicine
  • safety in their own bodies and choices
  • and living from their True Self without masking or performance

I work best with clients who want embodied support through somatic practices, walking, land-based presence, animals, watercolor or creative process, and threshold work. My approach prioritizes:

  • reconnecting you with your own system
  • slowing down the signal so your inner compass can be felt
  • and supporting you at thresholds where insight alone isn’t enough and the body needs to be part of the process

I work relationally rather than procedurally. Sessions may include land-based presence, gentle parts exploration, creative process, or somatic techniques. You might thrive in this style of work if you:

  • sense a gap between what you know and what you can live
  • feel ready for change but want support that doesn’t require masking or performing
  • want to reconnect with instinctive guidance, creativity, or personal coherence
  • or feel that your body is ready to be a deeper part of your life

I do not specialize in diagnosing or treating symptoms. I specialize in supporting readiness, reclaiming inner orientation, and helping you feel more at home in your own system and future.

Small Somatic Groups

I sometimes offer small group containers focused on:

  • deepening somatic self-awareness
  • Wise Self recognition
  • inner alliance and instinctive grounding
  • and being witnessed in nature or around animals

These are not traditional therapy groups. They are calm, low-pressure, self-paced processes that support embodiment, clarity, and inner guidance.

I believe in compassionate, active listening and engage with individuals through dialogue as well as experiential methods designed to get people moving and doing. That might involve walking, hiking, expressive arts, play therapy and nature-based therapy.

I also specialize in working with individuals who are highly sensitive. Helping people discover the gifts of this personality trait and create balance in their lives empowers individuals to thrive.

Locations

I offer this work from two environments: North Fort Collins — a quiet, private indoor space for individual and occasional small-group somatic or mentoring work. Wilder-Nest Retreats near Masonville, Loveland, Colorado — 100 acres of sanctuary foothills land suited to seasonal nature-based, somatic, and horse-mediated threshold work when aligned in season. This location provides steadiness, space, and minimal environmental stress.
