I’m Corynne Hilbert, a licensed clinical social worker and shamanic practitioner whose work is rooted in nature, soul-based healing, and expressive arts. My approach blends grounded presence, spiritual depth, and somatic awareness, creating a space where inner wisdom can be felt, discovered, and honored.

I work part-time by design, shaping my environment carefully so that I can meet others with clarity and care. My work is relational rather than procedural — guided by intuition, nervous system attunement, and deep listening. I offer support for people of all ages who seek to move beyond coping and into embodied well-being, self-presence, and meaningful change.

My professional background includes years of leading psychoeducational and art-based groups for children, teens, and families, as well as community roles in residential treatment, homelessness services, and public communications. I’ve taught parenting, violence prevention, crisis response, and youth development frameworks. My training spans attachment, trauma sequencing, ecotherapy, parts work, animal-assisted and nature-based practices, Second Step violence prevention, and naturalist field work.

My shamanic practice includes extraction and clearing work, soul retrieval for humans and animals, individual journey instruction, ancestral healing, and ceremony. I work with Light — not as an idea, but as a field that supports coherence, safety, and emergence. My goal is not to lead you somewhere new, but to help you recognize what is already yours: your Wise Self, your inner healer, your True Essence, your own capacity for thriving, safety, and embodied peace.

My work does not require you to fit a mold or mask yourself. It invites you to rest into your own system, be witnessed in your experience, and reconnect with what brings you alive.

I offer mentoring and nature-based sessions, including:
• discovering your Wise Self in Nature
• nervous system regulation through land and animals
• small intentional groups (2–6 people)
• collaborative healing, ceremony, and field-based support

Additionally, I offer somatic coaching as part of my mentoring practice, helping people deepen their awareness of their own body-mind experience in a grounded and non-invasive way. This work is less about “talking through” an insight and more about feeling into your system so your Wise Self and true voice can emerge from within.

In somatic coaching we focus on:

  • building a steady felt sense of self

  • tracking sensations without judgment

  • learning to notice your body’s language at your own pace

  • releasing tension and masks through awareness, not force

  • and developing more ease living from your own system rather than adapting to others’ expectations

I also offer this work in small groups, especially for those who want to expand somatic awareness as part of:

  • reconnecting with inner resources

  • embodied healing from old patterns

  • learning to live from a felt sense of self while being aware of others around you

  • or learning to live from true essence and self-presence

Group somatic awareness work may include nature-based parts exploration, grounding drills, ceremony, and shared witnessing — all without pressure to perform, interpret, or “get it right.” The work is about arriving in the body with more comfort and capacity, not output.

Thank you for being here. If you feel resonance with this work, you’re welcome to reach out.
